Description : The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations (ECLAC) seeks companies with local representation in Trinidad and Tobago, with al least 3 years of proven experience in the field of construction, with technical and financial capacity to participate in the bidding process for the refurbishment of the Interior of UNECLAC`s premises located in the city of Port Spain. ECLAC will entrust the contractor with the provision of staff and professionals with verifiable experience to carry out civil works, aluminum carpentry, wiring, low voltage networks and lighting, partitions and finishes, within the ECLAC facilities in accordance to the specifications of the service and summary of requirements specified by ECLAC. The approximate area of the project is 466 sqr meters (5012 sqr Feet) The genenal coordination services will be the responsibility of the Project Manager, who is part of the Facilities Management Unit of ECLAC.
