Overview:
The toilet and kitchen facilities serving the college auditorium are dated and the configuration is not best serving the needs of the building users.
Recent water damage caused by failing plastic water pipework has seen a reasonable amount of wall and ceiling finishes already removed.
The project will see reconfiguration of the toilets to provide independent self contained unisex cubicles provided and a more effective kitchen facility.
The scheme will be traditionally executed with a full design team employed by the Paraparaumu College Board of Trustees producing full construction documentation.
