The Agency is seeking to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement with Vendor(s) who are Certified Microsoft Partners with expertise in providing implementation, management and ongoing professional services to support the needs of the Agency in delivering end-to-end solutions on Information Technology (IT) Projects for the Agency-s existing Microsoft applications and future solution requirements.
Term of VOR Arrangement
The successful Vendors of the VOR Arrangement will be awarded a Contract for one 11-month period (the “Contract Term”) commencing April 1, 2026. The Agency reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to extend this Contract for one optional 12-month period (the “Extension Term(s)”).
This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
