INVITATION TO BID FOR REFORMULATION OF THE ENHANCED BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN (BDP) 2027-2030
1) The Municipality of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the GF-MOOE 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Four Thousand Pesos (Php 204, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Reformulation of the Enhanced Barangay Development Plan (BDP) 2027-2030. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for Catering services and venue preparation, including backdrop fabrication and installation, tables and chairs arrangement and other related venue requirements for the successful conduct of Reformulation of the Enhanced Barangay Development Plan (BDP) 2027-2030 . Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
