.Reformatus Egyetemvaros Limited Liability Company, as the tenderer (Tenderer), announces an open architectural design tender (Plan Tender or Design Tender Procedure) for the location of the new campus (University Town or Reformed University Town) intended to be established by the Karoli Gaspar Reformed University (University), theconcerning the architectural design of the reconstruction of the existing building complex on the property defined below, and the construction of additional new buildings (Investment).investment in Budapest IX. district, Kinizsi u. 30-36. (hrsz: 36840/7) and Uellői ut 27. (hrsz: 36840/8), therefore the planning area of the Planning Application (Planning Area) is the two plots concerned, as well as their excavation (driveways and roads necessary for themfor the sake of demands arising from changes in order, pedestrian and bicycle exploration points), land claims extending to neighboring public areas (Kinizsi utca, Uellői ut, and Markusovszky ter).
