Recarpeting of 6th, 4th, and 2nd South floors at 555 Mackenzie Avenue. The area marked in red onthe 2nd floor is to have vinyl flooring installed. Old carpet to be removed and recycled. Carpet andvinyl samples and images to be provided by the awarded contractor. All work is to be completedafter regular business hours and on weekends. The center lobby mosaic tiling is not to be carpetedover. New 6” black rubber baseboards are to be replaced where new flooring is being installed.Carpet and baseboard colors to be the same on all floors. Furniture lifts to be used on the 6th flooronly, all other floors will be empty for the recarpeting project.On the quote, please provide a detailed breakdown by floor for pricing.Area in square meters per floor, floor plans attached:6th 1489 m24th 1477 m22nd south ~918 m2
