The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following:

Modular Mainframe (Qty 2 EA)

Power Blazer Multi-Service up to IOG (Qty 2 EA)

Fiber Certifier OLTS (Qty 2 EA)

Large Size Soft Carrying Case (Qty 4 EA)

This is Manufacture sole source to EXFO America Inc., with competition among authorized distributors. Complete details will be available in the solicitation.
