Refit meeting room SAT6077 to a Virtual Hearing Room. Patch, sand and paint all walls. S&I (2) duplex electrical outlets and (2) DVO for two large TV-s. Replace existing lighting fixture to LED ambient lighting fixture with dimmer switches (similar to lighting in EMB4363). Replace existing door with glass door and sidelight (similar to SAT 9 kitchen). Needs a soundproofing standard between 45-50. No sound test certification required at this time. Soundproof all walls (slab to slab) with STC rating between 45-50. Ventilation system to be adjusted accordingly while meeting the STC45-50 requirement. S&I under carpet wiring raceway system. Supply and Install rail with felt panels.
