The work will be performed during a planned shut-down of the Refinery and as such work time will be restricted. The Contractor will therefore be required to complete replacement of the piping within THIRTY (30) days after the first week of the Refinery shutdown. The Contractor is advised to include in his bid preparation provision to work more than one shift as well as provision to work at nights and on holidays/weekends.
