The National Housing Authority (NHA), through the Corporate Budget approved by the NHA Board for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱51, 469, 141.20 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Ref. No. 2026-07-005 (INFRA): Construction of Community Facilities for Tabaco Housing Project Phase I, Brgy. San Vicente, Tabaco City, Albay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NHA through the Central Bids and Awards Committee (CBAC) now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
