1. The National Housing Authority (NHA), through the Corporate Budget approved by the NHA Board for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 2, 256, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Ref. No. 2025-10-071 (GOODS): Loyalty Rings for the CY 2024 Loyalty Awards (Re-Bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NHA through the Central Bids and Awards Committee (CBAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the hereunder project:
