Reed Wellbeing is a national provider of evidence-based behavioural change services on behalf of the NHS and both local and national government. Our experience includes delivering locally integrated, preventative health services that target health inequality and embed positive healthy lifestyle change. With our help people improve their health, become better connected with local services, and utilise existing community-assets. Our successful approach is achieved through working in genuine partnership with local, community delivery partners, primary and secondary health services and wider stakeholders to engage those in greatest need and support them to achieve their goals.
Reed Wellbeing intends to bid for the NHS England's Healthier You Services which will provide a range of interventions locally including: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, Type 2 Diet Replacement Programme, Behavioural Support for Obesity Prescribing, and Long-Term Health Condition Prevention Programme.
Interventions will be delivered through a range of channels including face-to-face, remote and digital, with tailored approaches prioritising the uptake and retention of Core20PLUS5 priority populations.
