1. The subject of the order are construction works called: Limiting the urban heat island Pollaka Square (ul. J. Sowackiego) - modernization of the square in front of the building of the Electronic, Electrical and Mechanical School Complex. Jdrzeja Niadecki, by replacement sealed surface with a permeable surface retaining rainwater and increasing the biologically active area through new plantings (investment located on the registration plot no. 126/1, area 0056 Dolne Przedmiecie 56).2.
