Expression of Interest are invited for Reducing Community Vulnerability through the Climate Proofing of Agricultural Livelihoods in Southern Belize Project Consultancy Services for Project Manager.
The objective of the consultancy is to provide services required for managing and monitoring all aspects of the implementation of the sub-project, in compliance with donor polices and guidelines. The Consultant is expected to undertake, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
(a) managing the work of the project staff;
(b) organising meetings of the Project-s oversight committees;
(c) managing the selection and engagement of consultants and the procurement of goods, equipment and works;
(d)ensuring that separate accounts for project-related expenditure and disbursements are established; and maintained and that costs are controlled within the budgetary limits set out in the detailed project budget;
(e) organising community participatory assessments;
(f) overseeing and reporting on the implementation of all project activities; and
(g) preparing a Project Completion Report.
The expected duration of the assignment is 24 months.
HPPB, the Executing Agency, now invites interested eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.
