Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are paid by fixed prices. This contract, made up of 10 technical lots, concerns a redevelopment project for a petscan unit and a store located within Hospital H. CAP. As the project is in a hospital environment, and in an occupied environment for part of the work, the performance of the services will require the deployment of the necessary adapted measures in order to avoid any nuisance (including dust, noise, olfactory, visual, etc.) to services adjacent to the construction site as well as to establishment staff and patients
