Tender Details

The Tuinenbuurt consists of six streets located between the Oude Haagweg and the Groen van Prinsterenlaan. The sewerage is outdated and needs to be replaced. The parking pressure in the Tuinenbuurt is high. Parking is often on either side, in many places is 'parked illegally'. This also hinders accessibility. The assignment consists of repaving the neighborhood, replacing and adding greenery and replacing the main sewer, the house and gully connections and the gullies. This means that the streets will be opened from facade to facade, this requires extra attention to the accessibility of the neighborhood and the homes. Planning and phasing The work will start on August 31, 2026 and be completed on May 14, 2027. The phasing is included as an appendix to the specifications.
