The Redevelopment 't Joght project is the integral redevelopment of a residential area in Valkenburg. The paving and sewers have reached the end of their economic life and need to be replaced. The work consists of: Demolition work pavements (and sewer); Groundworks; Construction of pipework (sewer system and drainage), gullies, chamber and house connections; Applying elemental paving; Installing green areas; General activities. The goal is to create one traffic-safe, sustainable and liveable neighborhood that is prepared for the consequences of climate change.
