Tender Details

The objective of the project is to realize the missing link of the MoerwijkCentrum star cycle route between Vaillantlaan and Stationsweg in The Hague. The Hoefkade will be designed safely for pedestrians and cyclists crossing. In addition, it becomes living environment improved and part of the sewerage replaced. The work mainly consists of: Installing temporary traffic measures Breaking up and applying element paving Breaking up asphalt paving Earthworks Various remediation work Breaking up and installing sewerage Applying well drainage Breaking up and installing house and gully connections Breaking up and installing gullies Green work (earthwork for planting 114 trees and other greenery) Breaking up and Installing street furniture (bicycle staples and benches) Removing and installing signage The tender is expected to be published in February 2026. This will be a non-public procedure. The registration phase will start in March 2026 and will all pieces are shared with the selected parties.
