Redevelopment and Landscape Improvement of the Flagpole Area at the House of Representatives Complex, Quezon City
1) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, through the Local Fund Regular 2026 Current intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million, One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Four Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos and Seven Centavos (Php11, 199, 427.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Redevelopment and Landscape Improvement of the Flagpole Area at the House of Representatives Complex, Quezon City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
