Redesign of the Allier Department website The main objective of this contract is to design the new main site of the Department (www.allier.fr) so that it is efficient, accessible, simple and scalable, guaranteeing the consistency of user experience and control of public data. This contract covers: - the complete overhaul of the main site www.allier.fr; - the creation of a transversal search engine (scalable with other satellite sites); - the harmonization of service path (help, procedures, forms, contacts, recruitment, news, events); - the implementation of a shared editorial system (single back office, rights differentiated by business department); - migration and optimization of existing content; - the establishment of sovereign and secure accommodation; - the implementation of preventive, progressive and corrective maintenance; - for optional phase no. 1: the implementation of a conversational assistant (AI Chatbot); - for optional tranche no. 2: the overhaul or integration of departmental satellite sites under a common technical and graphic base Doc Title: Redesign of the Allier Department website Contract Type: services
