The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate the technical, environmental, regulatory, and community feasibility of establishing a designated public swimming area at the Red Rock waterfront. The outcome of this work will support Council decision-making and future funding applications for implementation.
The Project will be completed in two phases:
Phase 1 - Desktop Feasibility Study and Site SelectionPhase 2 - Field Investigations and 30% Preliminary Design (subject to approval and funding)Advancement to Phase 2 is contingent upon Council approval of Phase 1 recommendations and confirmation of funding.
