Stockholm University intends to procure a digital system that enables efficient inventory management and facilitates internal reuse between employees. Stockholm University aims to conduct its operations in a resource-efficient and sustainable manner, in line with the university's environmental and sustainability work as well as circular economy guidelines. An important part of this work is to increase the internal reuse of inventory and equipment between businesses and employees. Today, there is a lack of a common, digital and user-friendly system that supports inventory management in a structured way and internal reuse throughout the organization. This leads to a limited overview of existing resources, unnecessary new purchases and difficulties for employees to find and offer inventory within the university.
