Scope of inquiry: material: chips aluminum AW-5083, process: melting chips and making aluminum blocks, maximum block size (shorter side): 200 mm, other block parameters - to be agreed. Please let us know: Do you have the technological capabilities to implement the above process? What are the requirements regarding the quality and preparation of chips (e.g. dry/wet, contamination level)? Approximate lead time and minimum/optimal production batches. Logistics conditions (material receipt, frequency, transport). Containers and environmental requirements: Please also let us know whether, as part of your cooperation, you offer: supply of containers for the storage and transport of aluminum shavings, containers adapted to metal waste, protection against liquid leaks (e.g. cooling emulsions), solutions in accordance with applicable environmental protection and occupational health and safety regulations, possibility of repeated use / rotation of containers.
