Description of the provision: The purpose of this document is to define the technical prescriptions that must govern the provision of the Itinerant Socio-Educational Intervention Service (SIS) of the Ribera d'Ebre Regional Council, aimed at children, adolescents and families in a situation of risk or social vulnerability. This service aims to prevent, reduce and correct situations of risk or lack of protection, promoting the permanence of children and adolescents in their family and social environment through interventions structured socio-educational services, following the criteria defined by the non-residential Socio-Educational Intervention Service Model approved by the Department of Social Rights and Inclusion. The service will include the following actions: a) Support service for families with children from 0 to 3 years old.b) Itinerant daytime socio-educational intervention service for children from 4 to 15 years old.c) Intervention service with families with children or adolescents at risk.d) Socio-educational support service for adolescents aged 16 and 17 years. The administrative, economic and legal conditions of the contract are determined in the Plec de Clàusules Particular Administratives (PCAP), to which it is necessary to refer to everything that is not of a technical nature.
