Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible/ Bona fide Tenderers:1. Up-to-date Trade License.2. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate authenticated by NBR.3. Digital BIN Registration Certificate.4. Liquid Assets Certificate in prescribed format.5. CV of each of the proposed manpower and contract supervisor (including photograph, NID, address, personal details, Bank Account Documents etc).6. Tenderer are instructed to submit the up-to-date Factory License for supply of Manpower.The contract shall be executed in accordance with the Service Procurement Policy throughOutsourcing Process, 2025 attached in Section-77. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 03 years8. The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract of supplying manpower completed over a period of 05 years with a value of at least of Tk 4.5 Lac shall be required.9. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 4.00 Lac over the last three financial years.10.
