Recruitment of Management Firm to recruit, develop, and mentor a new management team for Central Medical Store (CMS) in Eswatini. Central Medical Stores (CMS) is responsible for the supply chain management of all health commodities including medicines in the public sector. The department supports the mission of the Ministry by providing preventative, curative and diagnostic medicines that are of acceptable quality, safe and effective. The main objective of central medical stores is to ensure a regular uninterrupted equitable supply of quality medicines and medical supplies to the health facilities thus ensuring that the general EmaSwati population can access these commodities.

The Bidder is required to produce a document describing: a. Supplier past performance document (not exceeding 5 pages) providing information on recent contracts executed within the last five years which are similar in nature to the technical requirements of this solicitation including the place and period of performance, information regarding client and contact details, description of work and lessons learnt. Note: The Global Fund reserves the right to contact any persons listed in the past performance document to gain a better understanding of the Bidder-s past performance in delivering similar services to former client. b. The demonstrated capacity of the individual, organization or group of consultants and prior experience in similar projects (3 pages maximum). c. Overall approach to conduct the Project (5 pages maximum) Proposed team composition and their responsibilities. A project schedule and timeline.
A proposed approach to carry out the key areas, milestones and deliverables, which should show understanding of the objectives and the terms of reference, credible and appropriate management approaches and quality assurance mechanisms. Various assumptions and risks that are considered in the proposal. d. Description of proposed team and CV of key personnel (not exceeding 3 pages for each team member) focusing on work experience and qualifications which correspond directly to the requirements set out in the scope of work, educational qualifications, language qualifications, publications, etc. e. References for similar contracts: contact details of minimum 3 former clients/referees f. In addition, Bidders may add any other documents they see relevant to clarify their expertise in conducting this work.
