Recruitment of an event firm as part of the international forum on women's participation in politics

This invitation to tender is part of the organization of an international forum on women's participation in politics as part of the 16 Days of Activism 2018. This forum is organized under the leadership of the Ministry on condition Women's Rights and Women's Rights (MCFDF). This event will bring together the main actors - experts, technicians and decision-makerse various sectors - involved in sharing experiences and knowledge on the participation of Haitian women in policies at all levels. The main objective of this consultation is to support the partners, [hereinafter "organizers"] in organizing an international forum on women's participation in politics. eventwill be held in Port-au-Prince on December 4, 2018 and is expected tohost about 110 people. The firm will be under the authority of the UN Women Deputy Representative in Haiti, the UN Women Haiti Program Specialist, the Communication and Public Relations Consultant.
