the framework agreement constitutes a consultation commitment for the duration of the framework agreement upon the occurrence of a need. It does not imply a minimum order commitment. The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide cre with recruitment consultancy services. It identifies candidates whose profile and experience meet the needs of cre formalized by a job description provided by the cre.
