Tenders are invited for Recruitment of Consulting Firms for the Support of the Entities Responsible for the Implementation of the Indicative Program of Co - Operation Senegal-Luxembourg 2018-2022.
Maximum amount: EUR 5, 000, 000 - Execution period: 42 months
LuxDev, the Luxembourg agency for development cooperation, is launching a call for expressions of interest intended for framework contracts with consulting firms for the mobilization of short and medium term expertise in the support-advice of the entities in charge the implementation of the Senegal-Luxembourg Indicative Cooperation Program 2018-2022 financed with funds from the governments of Senegal and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Providers invited to express their interest should be specialized in one of the following areas: health and social protection, vocational and technical training and employability, decentralization and territorialization of public policies, public administration and finance, gender, environment.
The beginning of the services is planned for the month of July 2019 and for a duration 42 months. Service providers must be available for the planned period and willing to operate in the northern and central regions of Senegal. The maximum budget available for the contract, all lots combined, is estimated at 5 000 000 EUR (excluding taxes in international, TTC in national).
