MacEwan University is issuing this Notice of Award (NOA) for Publication of Award Information. MacEwan University will continue to use and to renew the Intelligenz software maintenance and support for further 1 to 5 year terms based on MacEwan University-s requirements at the time, until terminated by either party. The estimated cost of the 2025/2026 M&SS renewal is ~$40, 000.00, with an incremental percentage increase each year thereafter.MacEwan University in compliance with Trade Agreement obligations will use limited tendering based on the following conditions and circumstances:CFTA Article 513 (c): For additional deliveries by the original supplier of Goods and/or Services that were not included in the initial procurement if a change of supplier for such additional Goods and/or Services:1. Cannot be made for economic or technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, software, services or installations procured under the initial procurement; and2. Would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the purchaser.
