The sign language interpreter service will be provided by certified interpreters translators of the Polish Sign Language and the Sign Language System - the Ordering Party requires that a certificate confirming the qualifications of the PJM/SJM interpreter issued by authorized entities be attached in the commercial section2. UDT will provide the content that the Contractor will translate to sign language - Annex No. 1 to the request for quotation3. Length of text to be translated: up to 4, 500 characters with spaces.4. UDT will provide a presentation, which the Contractor undertakes to display behind the translator while recording the video - Annex No. 2 to the inquiry tender5. The Contractor undertakes to mount the recording saved in the *.mpeg format, technical parameters: H.264/MPEG-4 Full HD (1080p) or another format with the same technical parameters.6. The contractor undertakes to include closed captions in the film i.e. a text stream synchronized with an audio-video streamConditions of order execution - the Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: 21 days from receipt of a VAT invoice issued on the basis of a mutually signed acceptance protocol without comments, - deadline implementation: up to 10 business days from the date of signing the order, - the validity period of the offer is 60 days, - the day of payment is considered the day of debiting the Ordering Party's account, - in the event of a change in the tax rate on goods...
