1. The subject of this order is the development of multi-disciplinary design documentation (construction, construction and cost estimate) for the reconstruction of ZSO1 in the scope of replacing the installation and improving accessibility and fire safety along with the necessary arrangements, opinions and obtaining a valid building permit/notification of works that do not require a building permit. 2. The subject of the investment to which the design documentation will apply is: a) Design documentation covered by the works notification not requiring a building permit or covered by a building permit (if required): - Inventory of the existing central heating installation. and fire hydrant, electrical and ICT, including lighting, emergency lighting, fire main switch, power supply fire protection devices and other devices found in buildings and on the school premises. - Hydraulic calculations of central heating installations and hydrant installation, - Project of replacement of radiators, installation risers, levels and other elements of the building requiring renovation along with selection of fittings and device settings, - Design of the replacement of the hydrant installation along with the design of devices that increase the pressure in the installation...
