1. The subject of the order includes: - development of complete design documentation for the task entitled: Reconstruction of ZSO No. 1 documentation in the Complex of General Education No. 1 in Kwidzyn at ul. Stanisława Konarskiego 12; - effective submission on behalf of the Ordering Party application for a building permit and obtaining a final decision on the building permit; - performing author's supervision over the implementation of the works. As part of the works, it is planned to build an internal elevator, enabling people with disabilities to use the premises building on the ground floor, ground floor and first floor. The scope of the task includes renovation of utility rooms, such as classrooms, corridors and sanitary rooms. The rooms will be adapted to the needs of users and to applicable regulations construction and conservation. Additionally, the building will be adapted to fire protection requirements, including the separation of fire zones, installation of appropriate safety devices and ensuring safe evacuation of users.
