Reconstruction of a youth home Description: The subject of the contract is the realization of construction works within the framework of the project of reconstruction of a youth home, including related construction objects and technical infrastructure. The subject of the order includes at least complex reconstruction of the existing building of the youth home, modernization of internal spaces, layout adjustments, insulation of the building, replacement of opening structures, reconstruction of the stress mesh, reconstruction and construction of new distribution systems of the building's technical equipment, reconstruction of heating, sanitary engineering, air-conditioning, electrical installation, low current systems and electronic security system. Part of the subject of the contract is also the reconstruction and expansion of the central boiler room, the implementation of the off-take electrical equipment, area LV distribution and outdoor lighting, management of area roads and paved areas including parking spaces, implementation of a new garage and replacement of the elevator. The scope of the contract also includes all related demolition work, delivery and assembly technology, carrying out tests and revisions, putting the equipment into operation, preparing the relevant documentation of the actual execution and ensuring all activities necessary for the proper and complete implementation of the work in accordance with the design documentation.
