Reconstruction of the youth home The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works within the project of reconstruction of the youth home, including related construction objects and technical infrastructure. The subject of the order mainly includes the complex reconstruction of the existing one of the youth home building, modernization of interior spaces, layout modifications, building insulation, replacement of opening structures, reconstruction of the roof sheathing, reconstruction and construction of new distribution systems of the building's technical equipment, reconstruction heating, health technology, air conditioning, electrical installations, low current systems and electronic security system. Part of the subject of the contract is also the reconstruction and expansion of the central boiler room, the implementation of the take-off electrical equipment, area LV distributions and outdoor lighting, modification of area roads and paved areas including parking spaces, construction of a new garage and replacement of the elevator. The subject of the contract also includes all related demolition work, supply and installation of technologies, carrying out tests and revisions, putting the equipment into operation, preparing the relevant documentation of the actual execution and ensuring all activities necessary for the proper and complete implementation of the work in accordance with the project documentation.
