Reconstruction works of the Renaissance Square with the preparation of a working project. Works and services are purchased according to the prepared and approved Technical Project (technical project No. P2 prepared by UAB "SRP Projektas"... Reconstruction works of the Renaissance Square with a working project preparation. Works and services are purchased according to the prepared and approved Technical Project (Technical Project No. P21-046 prepared by UAB "SRP Projektas", "Atgimimo aištės Danės str. 17 b, Klaipėda, for the installation of an underground car storage, reconstruction project", 2022) and the Customer's task (technical specification). The purchase is carried out by abandoning the installation of an underground car storage facility. The preliminary quantities of purchased works are indicated in Appendix 1 of the description of the tender conditions, during the execution of the contract preliminary works quantities may be reduced or increased, or in the absence of demand, not ordered at all. The maximum amount of funds allocated for the purchase is EUR 6, 000, 000 with VAT (or EUR 4, 958, 677.69 without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or works, services are not subject to VAT, or due to other reasons due to which the final amount payable by the Procuring Organization to the supplier will be without VAT). The price of the supplier's offer exceeding the maximum amount of funds allocated for the purchase will be considered too high, unacceptable and the supplier's offer will be rejected.
