The subject of the procurement is the reconstruction of the public library in Hum na Sutla in accordance with the attached project and technical documentation and the cost list, which are an integral part of the procurement documentation.
Reconstruction of a building of public and social purpose - Public cultural infrastructure - is planned on the plot in question - public library. The building is planned to be reconstructed within the existing dimensions. The existing building is of public social purpose, but the subject of this project is the part related to the cultural institution of the National Library. Now the space of the library is very cramped, with the satisfaction of only the most basic need.
After the reconstruction, the purpose of the building will remain the same, but the library will be larger because it will expand over unoccupied spaces along nju (former agricultural pharmacy and former bowling alley). This will create the possibility of organizing various departments within the library, such as: children's department i young people, a section for adults, a native collection, a study reading room, a section for audiovisual material and a daily reading room. Next to the library itself, but with a separate entrance, a small presentation hall is planned, as a "noisier" part of the library, considering that the library is also seen as the host of a series of activities such as:
- music workshops
- music therapy workshops
- health workshops for pensioners and elderly people
- dance therapy
- art and fine arts workshops
