Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the water treatment plant in the town of Stachlew, consisting in the reconstruction of the water treatment plant together with the technical infrastructure in the town of Stachlew, yszkowice commune. The planned investment covers the area located within Stachlew, including plot no. 189/1 and plot no. 188/4. The scope of the task includes, among others: reconstruction of the water treatment plant, construction of a drinking water retention tank with a capacity of 100.0 m3 on the foundation slab and a slab for the power generator, and execution of a photovoltaic installation. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The construction project will be implemented, among others: based on the building permit: decision No. 145/2025 of April 24, 20252. Detailed scope of responsibilities The contractor's contract was included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3.
