Reconstruction of water supply along Sofia Street in the town of Silistra 1) Upon execution of the order, the following should be carried out: Reconstruction of a water pipe along Sofia Street in the town of Silistra according to the Technical Specification (Appendix 1) and investment project: The performance includes the following activities that are related to the construction of the object and are a condition, consequence or addition to them: Implementation of SMR according to the Technical Project, the prescriptions and orders in the Order Book, including provided by Quantitative - the CMR value account; 2. Delivery and investment in the construction of the construction products necessary and corresponding to the investment project; 3. Production and/or delivery of Construction details/elements and equipment and their investment in the Construction; 4. Notification of The contracting authority for the arising need for additional design; 5. Carrying out the necessary tests and laboratory tests; 6. Compilation of construction documents and preparation of the executive documentation of the Construction; 7. Participation in the procedure under putting the Construction into operation; 8. Removal of deficiencies identified during the handover of the Construction and its commissioning; 9.
