Tender Details

The subject of the order is the reconstruction of a utility and warehouse building in Lubrza at ul. Wolnoci 73, plot no. 368/22. Scope of investment: a) construction of door openings, b) enlargement of door joinery (installation of gates), c) construction of a new floor with substructure, d) strengthening the walls and foundations, insulating the walls, e) strengthening the structure of the superstructures, f) strengthening the roof structure along with replacing the roof covering, g) adapting the building to fire protection conditions. All works should be carried out on the basis of documentation design, decision on construction permit, STWiORB, applicable regulations and principles of technical knowledge. Temporary works include: - securing the area and preparing it for carrying out the above-mentioned works - marking and securing dangerous places - erecting the scaffolding, constructing working platforms and protective barriers - dismantling the scaffolding. Due to the direct proximity of the existing wall to the utility and warehouse building subject to reconstruction, the Contractor is obliged to carry out construction works with exercising particular caution and applying all necessary safeguards to protect the wall against damage, ...
