Tender Details

The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the reconstruction (thermal modernization) of a residential building - a forester's settlement in Trbowiec. The full and comprehensive scope of construction works will include the reconstruction and thermal modernization of the building residential (replacement of external doors, insulation of the roof (slopes) and ceilings with mineral wool, insulation of external walls with polystyrene, Insulation of the basement ceiling from the bottom - insulation with polystyrene, replacement of the central heating installation, modernization of domestic hot water, replacement of the water source heating Replacement of gutters with steel system ones and connection to the system of subsurface gravity drainage of rainwater from the foundations of the building along with accompanying infrastructure and land development (Installation of a rainwater tank) on the plot No. 16/301 ob. Registration Office Zbijw May, Mirw commune. A detailed description of the subject of the order, along with the requirements, method of implementation, technology, execution and acceptance of the works, is included in the design documentation, STWiOR. The minimum required warranty and warranty period is 48 days miesice.
