Reconstruction of the Tax Office building in Tarnobrzeg as part of the task: "Reconstruction to improve the energy efficiency of the Tax Office building in Tarnobrzeg at ul. Wyspiańskiego 12 The subject of the order are construction works related to the reconstruction Office building Skarbowy in Tarnobrzeg at ul. Wyspiańskiego 12. 1. The investment task being implemented includes the reconstruction of an existing building in the scope of works covered by the building permit decision No. 69/24 of July 18, 2024, in accordance with the developed documentation by M.Sc. Eng. arch. Karol Bulanda. The guaranteed scope of the order includes: insulation of the building walls, waterproofing of the foundation walls, dismantling of the existing window joinery, dismantling of the existing door joinery, installation of new door joinery, in accordance with the audit guidelines, installation of new window joinery with window opening sensors, external window sills and external barriers, construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with recovery heating, installation of a ventilation unit on the roof, modernization of the central heating installation (replacement of the entire central heating installation, installation of insulation valves and other required devices, installation of thermostatic valves, delivery and installation of the system automation allowing for optimal regulation of the system in terms of its efficiency), construction of a BMS system, dismantling of existing air conditioning elements (outdoor and indoor units, cabling), installation of...
