The subject of the order are construction works related to the reconstruction of the office building of the Tax Office in Lubaczów at ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 6. The investment task being implemented includes: reconstruction of the existing building at ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 6 in Lubaczów in the scope of works covered by the building permit, decision No. 242/2024 of July 4, 2024, in accordance with the documentation prepared by M.Sc. Eng. arch. Karol Bulanda. The subject of the Agreement includes eligible measures: 1) guaranteed scope: a) insulation of external walls; b) insulation of the first floor ceiling; c) reconstruction of the building's external partitions and ceilings due to the planned mechanical ventilation system - making holes for the mechanical ventilation system ducts; d) construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building with a capacity of 21.8 kWp; e) construction (installation) of a mechanical ventilation system with a central unit located on the roof of the building; f) construction (installation) of an air conditioning system, including two outdoor units...
