The subject of the order are construction works related to the reconstruction of the office building of the Tax Office in Krosno at ul. Składowa 5. The investment task being implemented includes: reconstruction of the existing building at ul. Składowa 5 in Krosno in the scope of works covered by the building permit - decision No. 114/2024 of July 15, 2024, demolition of the central heating chimney. on plot no. 383/7, in accordance with the demolition permit - decision
no 113/2024 of July 15, 2024, in accordance with the documentation prepared by M.Sc. Eng. arch. Karol Bulanda.
The guaranteed scope of the order includes:
a) eligible measures: insulation of external walls; insulation of a ventilated flat roof; insulation of a full flat roof; wall insulation external ones near the ground; implementation of moisture insulation; dismantling of existing windows and doors; installation of new windows and doors, in accordance with the audit guidelines, in the "warm assembly" system; installation of window opening sensors; construction of a mechanical ventilation system supply and exhaust air with heat recovery; installation of a ventilation unit on the roof; building a BMS system; reconstruction of the central heating boiler room dismantling of old boilers with installation of a boiler room and installation of new condensing boilers powered by natural gas along with accessories and a drainage system s...
