Reconstruction of the Tax Office building in Krosno as part of the task: "Reconstruction in order to improve the energy efficiency of the Tax Office building in Krosno at ul. Składowa 5". The subject of the order are construction works related to the reconstruction of an office building Tax Office in Krosno at ul. Składowa 5. The investment task being implemented includes: reconstruction of the existing building at ul. Składowa 5 in Krosno in the scope of works covered by the building permit - decision No. 114/2024 of July 15, 2024, demolition central heating chimney on plot no. 383/7, in accordance with the demolition permit - decision No. 113/2024 of July 15, 2024, in accordance with the documentation prepared by M.Sc. Eng. arch. Karol Bulanda. The guaranteed scope of the order includes: (a) within the framework of the measures eligible: insulation of external walls; insulation of a ventilated flat roof; insulation of a full flat roof; insulation of external walls near the ground; implementation of moisture insulation; dismantling of existing windows and doors; installation of new windows and doors, in accordance with audit guidelines, in the "warm assembly" system; installation of window opening sensors; construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery; installation of a ventilation unit on the roof; building a BMS system; reconstruction of the central heating boiler room - dismantling of old boilers with installation of a boiler room and installation of new condensing boilers powered by natural gas along with accessories and a sewage disposal system...
