Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the Ordering Party consisting in the reconstruction of Przy Skarpie Street in Lubicz Grny. The Contractor's obligation will also be to complete all administrative procedures on behalf of the Ordering Party enabling the use of the facilities after the work has been completed.2) A detailed description of the subject of the order and its scope are specified in the technical documentation, including: project documentation, including: technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, industry agreements, administrative decisions (including the construction permit/notification of the intention to start work), which documents should be considered together. The contractor is obliged to perform all activities and construction works resulting from above documents.3) Design documentation (including drawings, the descriptive part of the documentation), bill of quantities, STWiORB, industry arrangements and administrative decisions obtained are mutually complementary documents.
