Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design documentation and construction works in the "design and build" formula for the task called: Reconstruction of ul. Piwniczna in Lipowa. The task is co-financed from the Government Fund Road Development. The Contractor's obligations include obtaining all necessary decisions, permits (including a final administrative decision authorizing construction), agreements, conducting author's supervision and ensuring the management of works in all industries. In accordance with the Construction Law, the Ordering Party describes the detailed subject of the order using the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.a) Material scope of the investment (An important departure from the FFU) NOTE: This order covers only the part related to a public road with a length of 935 m. Unlike the attached FUP, which also provides for the reconstruction of the internal road, this section was completely excluded from the scope of the proceedings.
