Reconstruction of the street Pikna in Czstochowa includes, among others: ROAD STRUCTURE - Mechanical construction of a roadbed along the entire width of the road and sidewalks in category V-VI soil, 81 cm deep; - Earthworks performed with backhoe excavators, 0.25 cubic meters in category IV soil, previously stored in waste pits with transport of excavated material in self-dumping vehicles over a distance of 10 km; - Mechanical profiling and compaction of the subsoil for the construction layers of pavement in the ground, categories I-IV; - concrete floor for curbs with resistance C12/15; - Protruding concrete curbs (2 cm light) with dimensions of 15x22 cm on a sand bed;- Separating layers of sand in the bed or along the entire width of the road, manual work, mechanical compaction - layer thickness after compaction 35 cm - screed K = 0.8; - Subbase made of mechanically stabilized crushed aggregate 0-31.5 mm, C 90/3, E280MPa - lower layer, thickness after compaction 20 cm; - Subbase made of mechanically stabilized crushed aggregate 0-31.5 mm, C 90/3, E280MPa - top layer, 15 cm thick after compaction; - sand bedding with mechanical compaction - 3 cm thick layer after compaction; - concrete paving stone surfaces o...
