Tender Details

The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of Nowociny Street at km 0+150 to 0+547 in the City of Ustro, which has the status of a health resort within the administrative boundaries of the City, destroyed during the flood in September 2024, in as part of the investment project entitled: Reconstruction of ul. Nowociny at km from 0+150 to 0+547. All works must be agreed on an ongoing basis with the Ordering Party and the Investor Supervision Inspector. Before submitting an offer, it is recommended to familiarize yourself with the scope and nature of the works in detail. The Contractor will provide construction facilities at his own expense. After completing the works, the Contractor will prepare as-built documentation approved by the Supervision Inspector and the Ordering Party. Waste generated as a result of the works should be managed in accordance with the Act on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the above is to be confirmed in the BDO database, printed waste transfer cards must be submitted to the Ordering Party.
