1. Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order are construction works as part of the investment called Reconstruction of the street Niwy in Brzezinka. The scope of the investment includes in particular: a) Reconstruction of the road - construction of an asphalt concrete surface b) Reconstruction of roadsides) Reconstruction of exits and accesses to gates d) Renovation of the roadside ditch e) Renovation of the front walls of existing culverts The scope of individual works was indicated in the design documentation and bills of quantities and in the Technical Specification for the execution and acceptance of works developed by the Engineering Office MK Spka Jawna with its headquarters at ul. UE 10/88.1 in Owicim Additional comments - requirements for the Contractor necessary to perform the subject of the order The investment is co-financed from the Owicim Strategic Program Government Stage VII 2026 - 2030 1.
